Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease your 9 X 13 baking dish
Make sure that your frozen has browns have been thawed on the counter top for at least 1 to 2 hours
Add your thawed hash browns to large bowl. Then add your 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp paprika and 3 cloves garlic minced. Evenly disperse with spatula.
Then add your sour cream & Greek Yogurt mixture. Fold until fully incorporated. Then fold in your corn, chopped & deseeded poblano peppers and shredded cheese.
Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Then devour with whatever meal your or having or have this as your meal... no judgements!
