Post Workout Blueberry Smoothie Popsicles

These are my favorite popsicles to make especially to have on hand after workouts. They are the best to have to cool you down and replenish your joints after getting after it! You will love having these always on hand. Plus they are a healthy and delicious snack that is 100% kid approved:)

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz Bold Berry Lemonade Karviva
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum optional, but creates a great texture in juice based popsicles

Instructions

  • Add ingredients in the order you see above to a high power blender. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze for up to 5 hours. Then enjoy!
