Basil White Bean Hummus

  • 2 15 oz cans of drained & rinsed cannellini beans
  • 1 large lemon juiced about 3 to 4 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

  • 3/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • fresh basil for garnish

Easy and Healthy Greek Hummus Dip

  • In a serving dish of choice, layer the Easy White Bean Basil Hummus & smooth out with a spatula.
  • Then sprinkle sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Next you will sprinkle on the layer of chopped cucumbers
  • Lastly, you will sprinkle with the sliced pitted kalamata olives & crumbled feta
  • Sprinkle with fresh basil and dive right in with your favorite pita chips!
