Basil White Bean Hummus
- 2 15 oz cans of drained & rinsed cannellini beans
- 1 large lemon juiced about 3 to 4 tbsp
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 fresh basil leaves

- 3/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- fresh basil for garnish
Basil White Bean Hummus Instructions

Easy and Healthy Greek Hummus Dip
In a serving dish of choice, layer the Easy White Bean Basil Hummus & smooth out with a spatula.
Then sprinkle sliced cherry tomatoes
Next you will sprinkle on the layer of chopped cucumbers
Lastly, you will sprinkle with the sliced pitted kalamata olives & crumbled feta
Sprinkle with fresh basil and dive right in with your favorite pita chips!
