Ingredients

  • 40 Honey Kodiak Bear Bites
  • 1 banana cut into 20 slices
  • ¾ cup of chocolate chips
  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Pair up your Kodiak Bear Bites. I prefer to do the same (paw & paw or bear & bear) so that they are easy to sandwich. So now you will have 20 bear bite pairs
  • Slice your banana into 20 slices
  • Take a little bit of peanut butter and place it on the inside of one of your bear bites and then place the banana on top. Add a little more peanut butter to the top of that banana and then sandwich the other bear bite that you had paired with the first one on top
  • Repeat for all your pairs then place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and freezer for an hour
  • Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second increments in the microwave.
  • Take your bear bites out of the freezer
  • Dip half of them in the chocolate, then place back on the baking sheet with parchment paper. Repeat for all of them
  • Place back into the freezer and let set for 15 to 30 minutes. Then enjoy!
  • ** Take them out of the freezer and let thaw for about 30 seconds before you bite into them. Store in freezer in air tight container for up to 1 month.
