Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 pieces of Swiss cheese for inside the burgers
  • 5 pieces of Swiss to top burgers with optional
  • 1 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add in your ground beef. Then in a medium bowl add minced onion, parsley, onion powder, garlic salt, celery seed, paprika & cayenne pepper. Whisk together in the bowl & set aside.
  • Next pour the Worcester sauce over the meat. Then sprinkle in the seasoning mixture. Then with your hands mix to combine seasoning well with the meat.
  • After cut your 3 Swiss cheese slices into bite sized pieces and then mix the cheese into the meat as well until fully incorporated.
  • With your grill on medium heat, cook each side for 3-4 minutes. 7 minutes on medium heat typically results in burger cooked medium, so plan accordingly to your preference.
  • When they have 1 minute left to cook, add the cheese on top if you would like to, for it to melt. Then start to layer your burger! I love to just do one bottom bun and add ketchup first, lettuce on top of the ketchup, burger, then pickled onions (RECIPE ABOVE-- a must make!), avocado and then croutons!
  • Enjoy what ever way you prefer!
