Equipment

  • high power blender

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Karuna Immunity Drink: Rejuvenate
  • 2 golden kiwis
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 8 navel oranges
  • 2 insides of the navel oranges
  • 3 carrots shredded

Instructions

  • In blender place the ingredients as followed: Ginger closest to blade, lemon juice, shredded carrot, frozen mango, golden kiwi and Karuna juice
  • Next take the navel oranges and pale them stem side down. That side balances a lot better. Then you will cut the top of the other side of the orange and scoop out the insides with a spoon (See video to visually see what I mean). Reserve two of the inside of the oranges for the smoothie.
  • Then with sharpie, draw a cute Jack-O-Lantern face on each one. My tip is to do it with a NEW black sharpie. The oranges have not been in the fridge in awhile to avoid perciption when they come out of the fridge-- which makes it hard for smoothie to go on and dry. Then set them aside to dry more as you finish smoothie!
  • Then add in bananas, 2 of the insides of the navel oranges and ice. Blend until fully incorporated and smooth. May take a bit with the organges added in. Then pour into your Jack-O-Lantern cup & stick a green straw in it! Enjoy!
