Easy Homemade Superfood Popsicles
These popsicles are packed with a whole plant-- verggies & fruits, vitamins and antioxidants. There is no added sugar and are wonderful for promoting amazing gut health! These are the exact popsciles you want your kiddos eating multiplies of this summer!

Powerful Pomegranate Banana Popsicle
- 1 cup Karuna Ashitaba Beet & Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 banana for decoration on the sides
Peach Keen Popsicle
- 1 1/4 cup Karuna Peach Mandarain & Kiwi Juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 ripe peach
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 kiwi decoration on sides
Mango Razz Popsicle
- 1 1/4 cup Karuna Mango & Gogi Berry Juice
- 1/3 cup fresh rapsberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger chopped
- 10 raspberries for decoration on the sides
Powerful Pomegranante Banana Popsicle
In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last banana. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.
Take large banana & make 1/4 inch slices. Take the slice & press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid to the top, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.
Peachy Keen Popsicle
In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last kiwi. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.
Take large kiwi & make 1/4 inch slices. Take the slice & press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid to the top, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.
Mango Razz Popsicle
In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last raspberries. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.
Take a few raspberries press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid half way, put more raspberries on top then pour the rest over it, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.
