1 ½cupButtermilk Power Cakes
1egg
½granulated sugar
¼cupcocoa powder
⅔cupmilk
¼cupgreek yogurt
2tbspoil
1tspvanilla extract
½cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a big mixing bowl add in your dry ingredients. Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes mix, sugar and cocoa powder.
In a medium sized bowl add in your wet ingredients. Milk, yogurt, oil, egg & vanilla extract. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and fold with spatula until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
Grease a 6 donut baking dish. Then pipe the donut batter into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15- 18 minutes or until toothpicks come out clean
Let them completely cool before transferring out of the dish to the cooling rack. [Optional to top with icing and sprinkles, however you must wait till they are cooled.]
Store in an airtight container on the counter top for 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 5.
