Easy Freckled Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail

- 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup of Monk Fruit linked the one I use here and they sell it at Costco!
- Lemonade of choice
- Strawberry Lemonade Svedka
In a stock pot, add frozen strawberries, water, lemon juiced and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until monk fruit sweetener starts to dissolve.
Bring liquid to a boil, turn down to a simmer for 20 minutes
With a fine strainer, place it over a wide mouth mason jar or container. Pour strawberry lemonade simple syrup through the fine strainer. Until all the liquid is strained.
Reserve the strawberries to add to the drinks
Let cool before you use. If you are in a hurry add your container into an ice water bath to speed up the cooling process
In a cocktail shaker add 2 shots Strawberry Lemonade Svedka, 1 1/2 shots lemonade, 1 shot Strawberry Lemonade Simple Syrup, ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Pour over ice with strawberries cooked down in simple syrup, cheers and ENJOY!
