Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup of Monk Fruit linked the one I use here and they sell it at Costco!
  • Lemonade of choice
  • Strawberry Lemonade Svedka

Instructions

  • In a stock pot, add frozen strawberries, water, lemon juiced and monk fruit sweetener. Stir until monk fruit sweetener starts to dissolve.
  • Bring liquid to a boil, turn down to a simmer for 20 minutes
  • With a fine strainer, place it over a wide mouth mason jar or container. Pour strawberry lemonade simple syrup through the fine strainer. Until all the liquid is strained.
  • Reserve the strawberries to add to the drinks
  • Let cool before you use. If you are in a hurry add your container into an ice water bath to speed up the cooling process
  • In a cocktail shaker add 2 shots Strawberry Lemonade Svedka, 1 1/2 shots lemonade, 1 shot Strawberry Lemonade Simple Syrup, ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Pour over ice with strawberries cooked down in simple syrup, cheers and ENJOY!

Notes

  • Sugar in nutrition facts comes naturally from Strawberry-- then take into consideration whatever lemonade you choose to purchase! 1 1/2 to 2 oz of lemonade goes into one drink, so not much at all.
