Ingredients

3 Ingredient Crock Pot French Onion Chicken

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 18.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

Seasoning for Chicken

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add in 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp thyme, ¼ ground pepper & ¼ tsp paprika. Whisk until combined. Season each side of your chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture
  • In a large mixing bowl pour in your French Onion Soup and ½ cup Greek Yyogurt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and no clumps from the Greek Yyogurt.
  • Add your chicken thighs to the bottom of your crock pot. Then pour your French Onion Soup Mixture on top. Cook on low for 4 ½ hours.
  • Then serve on top of the most delicious HGHF Garlic Mashed Potatoes (recipe above) , sprinkle with fresh thyme if you’d like and enjoy!
