3 Ingredient Crock Pot French Onion Chicken
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 18.5 oz can of French Onion Soup
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
Seasoning for Chicken
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
In a small bowl add in 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp thyme, ¼ ground pepper & ¼ tsp paprika. Whisk until combined. Season each side of your chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture
In a large mixing bowl pour in your French Onion Soup and ½ cup Greek Yyogurt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and no clumps from the Greek Yyogurt.
Add your chicken thighs to the bottom of your crock pot. Then pour your French Onion Soup Mixture on top. Cook on low for 4 ½ hours.
Then serve on top of the most delicious HGHF Garlic Mashed Potatoes (recipe above) , sprinkle with fresh thyme if you’d like and enjoy!
