Easy Chocolate Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Karuna Pro Fit
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/3-1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease you 7.5'' x 5.6'' baking dish. Add 1 cup old fashioned oats to your high power blender. Blend until fine flour powder consistency remains. Add to large mixing bowl.
  • Then add in your cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour in your Karuna Pro Fit, maple syrup, mashed ripe banana, egg and vanilla extract. Fold in with spatula until fully combined. Add in your chocolate chips and fold well until combined again.
  • Then bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Until toothpick comes out clean in center.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes and then enjoy with milk on top or plain, whatever you'd like!
