Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped dill pickles in small bite sized pieces
  • 2/3 cup pickle juice juice from the jar of pickles
  • 2 jalapeños de seeded & diced very small
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped in small bite sized pieces
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of a yellow onion depending on your onion preference diced finely
  • 2-3 cloves garlic the more the merrier in my opinion!
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl add your 2 cups chopped pickles, chopped red pepper, finely chopped & de seeded jalapeños, finely chopped onion & minced garlic.
  • Take a spatula and mix until throughly combined. Add a pinch of salt & mix throughly again.
  • Pour the pickle juice on top. Cover the mixing bowl & marinade for 24 hours. Then Devour!
