Equipment

  • Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 3 cups of dairy milk or dairy free milk
  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • -Creamy peanut butter Enjoy Life chocolate chunks & bananas
  • -Coconut oil or type of oil you'd prefer to use to grease the insta pot insert

Instructions

  • In Instant Pot grease the pot with coconut oil to help with the oats from sticking to the pot. Then put oats and milk into the Instant Pot. Stir well. Then add in chopped banana, cinnamon, maple syrup & salt, then stir until throughly combined as well.
  • Then cover & cook on high pressure for 3 minutes, then naturally release for 5 minutes ( feel free to HP up to 8 minutes, depends on how soft you prefer your oatmeal. I feel like the 3 minute HP to 5 min NR ratio is perfect!)
  • Once it hits L0 05, quick release. Then scoop the yumminess into a bowl. Feel free to eat as is or add in your favorites! Add the peanut butter & chocolate right away so it melts right in! Then top with any extra goodies & ENJOY! Try not scarf it down... I dare ya ;)
