Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

I mean this combo...I love chocolate covered strawberries, so why not give it a healthy twist for breakfast? I can dig it. The day I made it, it did not last "over night" until I had snuck one, two.. maybe three bites. Needless to say, cannot wait for you to fall in love with this like us!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chocolate milk of your chocolate milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tsp flax seed OR wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips your choice
  • 6 strawberries diced

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl add in oats, shredded coconut & flax seed or wheat germ. Then add in your chocolate chips, as well as strawberries
  • Pour in your chocolate milk, seal the lid & share until fully inoprated
  • Refrigerate over night! Then in the morning, scoop out how much you want, top with more chocolate or strawberries if you heart desires & ENJOY! How simple & delicious :)
