Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Omit mayo if you don't want to add it & use 4 oz cream cheese instead of mayo

  • 1/3 cup Kosher Dill pickle juice from jar of pickles used for below add more to taste
  • 1 cup of chopped Kosher Dill pickles
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove minced

Instructions

  • In a deep mixing bowl add in Greek Yogurt, mayo, cream cheese, garlic minced, salt and pepper. With a hand mixer, mix until fully incorporated and the cream cheese is no longer in pieces but mixed it well.
  • Then pour in pickle juice, chopped pickles, chopped fresh dill. Fold with spatula until mixed throughly.
  • ** I personally like to add 1/2 cup dill pickled juice, it does make the dip a bit thinner, but I personally like it that way, so just adjust the juice depending on your consistency preference. Now be aware it WILL thicken a good amount in the fridge after an hour.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then GET TO DIPPIN'
