THREE INGREDIENT CROCK POT FRENCH ONION CHICKEN

This recipe is not only the definition of comfort but also includes ingredients that provide  immunity-boosting properties and support digestive health.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken thighs – French onion soup – Greek Yogurt – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Thyme – Pepper – Paprika

In a small bowl, add 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp thyme, ¼ ground pepper, & ¼ tsp paprika.

Instructions:

Whisk until combined. Season each side of your chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture.

In a large mixing bowl, pour in your French onion soup and ½ cup Greek yogurt. Whisk until thoroughly combined and there are no clumps from the Greek yogurt.

Add your chicken thighs to the bottom of your crock pot. Then pour your French onion soup mixture on top. Cook on low for 4 ½ hours.

Then serve on top of the most delicious HGHF  garlic-mashed potatoes, sprinkle with fresh thyme if you’d like, and enjoy!
