THE BEST  CROCK-POT BBQ CHICKEN FLATBREADS

This is one of my favorite dinners, by far! The chicken is absolutely to die for, and the combination is just addicting. You are going to be hooked!

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken – BBQ sauce – Worcestershire sauce – Sugar – Gorgonzola cheese – Onion – Vinegar – Buttermilk – Coleslaw mix

Grease the inside of your crock pot. Then, in a large mixing bowl, add in 2 cups of BBQ sauce, minced garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Whisk until fully incorporated.

Instructions:

Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the crockpot, where they are nestled next to each other. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over them.

Then flip over the chicken breasts to have them fully coated. The BBQ mixture should still be covering them.

Once the time is up, shred your chicken breasts with 2 forks. Or the method I love is to place the chicken breasts into the Kitchen Aide mixer, shred on medium speed, then place them back into the crock pot.

Give it a few stirs, then recover and let it simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes. Then you are ready to start layering your BBQ chicken flatbread!
