Grease the inside of your crock pot. Then, in a large mixing bowl, add in 2 cups of BBQ sauce, minced garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Once the time is up, shred your chicken breasts with 2 forks. Or the method I love is to place the chicken breasts into the Kitchen Aide mixer, shred on medium speed, then place them back into the crock pot.
Give it a few stirs, then recover and let it simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes. Then you are ready to start layering your BBQ chicken flatbread!
