THE BEST AIR FRIED BUFFALO CHICKEN

These are so easy, delicious & way lighter than the typical fried buffalo chicken, without skimping on the taste!

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken Thigh – Italian Bread Crumbs – Panko Bread Crumbs – Grated Parmesan – The New Primal Mild Buffalo Sauce – Unsalted Butter – Garlic Minced

Directions for Buffalo Chicken Thighs:

In a small bowl whisk together 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder & set aside.

In a medium size bowl add in hot sauce, garlic clove minced & 1 tbsp butter melted, whisk together & set aside as well.

Take the spice mixture you just put together & sprinkle over the chicken thighs in the baking dish. After your buffalo chicken has marinated take it and start coating in your breadcrumb mixture.

Then cook on chicken setting or 400 for 20 minutes. 10 minutes on one side & then 10 minutes on the other. REDUCE cooking time by 2 minutes after EACH USE.
