INGREDIENTS:

– Kodiak Cake Buttermilk Flapjack and Waffle Mix – Milk of choice – Baking soda – Eggs – Coconut oil melted

Since it has cream cheese in it, you want to keep in refrigerated not on the counter. In order for it to not dry out, make sure it is either fully wrapped in plastic wrap or air tight container.

In a microwave safe bowl melt your 3 tbsp of coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted. Then set aside to cool while you get the rest of your ingredients ready.

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl add the Kodiak Cake mix and baking soda, whisk and set aside.

Grease generously a 9 X 13 baking sheet (for thicker pancakes) or a 12 X 18 ( for thinner pancakes).

With your melted coconut oil add in the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Then pour your wet ingredients into the dry.
