SIMPLE GLUTEN FREE CROCK POT POTATO SOUP

This is going to be your all-time favorite potato soup. It is the most flavorful, delicious, creamy, and gluten-free. This is going to be a major hit with your family.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken broth – Potatoes – Olive oil – Dill – Celery seed – Cayenne pepper – Bacon – Unsalted butter – Greek yogurt

Dice up your creamer potatoes into small bite-sized pieces. Then toss them in the olive oil, salt, dried dill, celery seed, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Instructions:

Cut up your strips of bacon into small  bite-sized pieces.

In a frying pan, add butter and heat on medium heat. Sauté minced onion and finely chopped onion. Add salt, celery seed, cayenne pepper, and pepper; sauté for 2 minutes.

Then add your chopped bacon. Sauté for 5 minutes. Occasionally stirring.

Pour the seasoned potatoes into the Crock Pot, then pour your sautéed bacon mixture on top of the potatoes. Then pour the 5 cups of chicken broth on top. Cook on high for 4 hours.
