SIMPLE AND HEALTHY CHICKEN TORTILLA CROCK POT SOUP

This is by far the best Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup that is simple, easy, and healthy for the whole family to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken breasts – Black beans – Taco seasoning – Chicken broth – Tomatoes with Green Chilies – Jalapeño – Onion

Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 jalapeño deseeded and chopped, 1 onion, and 2 garlic cloves minced. Sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Instructions:

Place the onion, jalapeño, & garlic mixture at the bottom of the crock pot.

Next, add in your drained, spicy black beans.

After, you will add in the Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies  (not drained) and the other 2 cloves of garlic minced.

Then, add in your chicken broth and taco seasoning  (mix well), then add in your chicken and heat on low for 4 hours.
