INGREDIENTS:
– Chicken breasts
– Black beans
– Taco seasoning
– Chicken broth
– Tomatoes with Green Chilies
– Jalapeño
– Onion

Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil, 1 jalapeño deseeded and chopped, 1 onion, and 2 garlic cloves minced. Sauté for 5 minutes on medium
heat.

Place the onion, jalapeño, & garlic mixture at the bottom of the crock pot.

Next, add in your drained, spicy black beans.

After, you will add in the Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
(not drained) and the other 2 cloves of garlic minced.
