SIMPLE AND EASY CHEESEBURGER EGG ROLLS

Who says that cheeseburgers need to be unhealthy? Air fryer Healthy and easy cheeseburger egg rolls are the perfect meal in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:

– Beef – Pickles – Ketchup – Hinkle seasoning – Cheese – Worcestershire sauce – Olive oil – Onion – Garlic

Instructions:

In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Then add in the garlic & onions. Let it sauté for 2 minutes.

Then add in your ground meat of choice. While you are cooking make sure there is no pink. Add in your Hinkle seasoning & Worcestershire sauce.

Then add in the ketchup and pickles and continue cooking for 3 more minutes, continuing to mix.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Then place an egg roll wrapper on your cutting board. In the center, add 1 1/2 tbsp of the cheeseburger mixture.

Place rolled-up egg rolls into the air fryer basket. Spray with avocado oil on top (or approved oil for your air fryer), then air fry at 400 for 6 minutes.
