GLUTEN FREE BROCCOLI CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE

This Gluten Free Broccoli Chicken Cheese Casserole is an easy nutritious dinner to make for the family during the week and meal prep.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken – Broccoli – Quinoa – Cheese – Tapioca flour – Chicken broth – Cream of chicken soup – Sour cream – Mayonnaise – Breadcrumbs – Butter

I love how it makes a big 9 X 13 pan so you have enough for leftovers– 2 meals in 1 is a weeknight win. Cannot go wrong with this one!

Chop your yellow onion & mince your garlic. Then set aside.

Instructions:

Grate your 2- 8oz of cheese and set it aside.

Cook quinoa or supermix per bag directions then set aside.

In a large bowl whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour cream or Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, oregano, paprika and pepper.
