BUTTERMILK CHIA PISTACHIO ENERGY BITES

These energy bites are the ultimate flavor combination! They are easy, nutrious and perfect for post work outs, lunch box treats and anytime you are in need of a snack!

INGREDIENTS:

– Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Chia Flapjack & Waffle Mix – Cashew butter – Dried cranberries – Maple syrup – Coconut oil

These are healthy, easy & delicious snack for post workouts, snack after work and a lunch box treat!

In a large mixing bowl add in Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Chia mix, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and melted coconut oil.

Instructions:

With a spatula mix until thoroughly combined like batter. Then pour in the dried cranberries & mix them in until evenly distributed.

Line a baking sheet with wax paper and start to roll out the energy bite, each energy bite uses about 1 heaping tbsp of energy bite batter.

In a small bowl start to melt your white chocolate chips in 30 second increments in the microwave.
