Yogurt Fruit Tart

In charge of 4th of July dessert?? Or any dessert for that matter! Look no further than this yummy Yogurt Fruit Tart— that is simple, light, quick & will keep your friends & family coming back for more!! With fruit in their element.. make this now
𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭: 1 1/2 cup raw cashews 16 large pitted dates 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon + Slice dates in half & set aside. Then in a food processor add half the dates, half the cashews & oats. Process until fine, then add the rest of the cashews, cinnamon & dates. Then process until fine again. Then grease a standard pie pan. Then press the mixture into the pan. Press down evenly along the edges but not all the way up the sides. Then cover & place in fridge for 30 minutes! 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠: 2 cups Greek yogurt + 2 tbsp 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla +In a medium sized bowl whisk together ingredients above until thoroughly combined & then cover & refrigerate until crust is ready as well Then with a spatula smooth out the filling evenly & start to layer all the yummy fruit!! In this picture: Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries & nectarines Refrigerate until ready to serve & then put back into the fridge!! Happy Forth dessert guys!! Enjoy!
