Store bought dressing can be the biggest down fall for your New Years resolutions... they are filled with additives to make them ‘low fat’ and have high contents of sugar & or sodium. So a lot of times people say I am eating salad, but not loosing any weight... the answer could be in either the kind of lettuce you are using, dressing you are putting on it & what is in your salad When in doubt make your own! Here is a simple, easy recipe & it is so tasty! ———————————————— Tangy Honey Mustard Dressing: +4 tbsp stone ground mustard +4 tbsp olive oil +2tbsp white wine vinegar +1 tbsp Greek yogurt ( substitute dairy free yogurt for dairy free option) +3 tsp honey •Whisk together & refrigerator for the week!
•Tip when out at restaurants• Ask for the dressing on the side, that way you can control how much is being used, a lot of times you don’t need all the dressing they put on!
