Tangy Honey Mustard

Store bought dressing can be the biggest down fall for your New Years resolutions... they are filled with additives to make them ‘low fat’ and have high contents of sugar & or sodium. ⁣ ⁣ So a lot of times people say I am eating salad, but not loosing any weight... the answer could be in either the kind of lettuce you are using, dressing you are putting on it & what is in your salad ⁣ ⁣ When in doubt make your own! Here is a simple, easy recipe & it is so tasty! ⁣ ———————————————— Tangy Honey Mustard Dressing: ⁣ ⁣ +4 tbsp stone ground mustard ⁣ +4 tbsp olive oil ⁣ +2tbsp white wine vinegar ⁣ +1 tbsp Greek yogurt ( substitute dairy free yogurt for dairy free option)⁣ +3 tsp honey ⁣ ⁣ •Whisk together & refrigerator for the week! ⁣

•Tip when out at restaurants• ⁣ Ask for the dressing on the side, that way you can control how much is being used, a lot of times you don’t need all the dressing they put on! ⁣
