Simple Texas Caviar

This is truly our go to for any pot luck, lake trip, New Year Party, Super Bowl get together.. list goes on & on, see the common theme? :) It is so easy, delicious & offers a great kick to it! Also love to add it as a dip for cheese board as well, which is originally how I posted it on my blog. However, so many of you loved it via the cheese board post, you were wanting a one stop shop for the recipe & pin-able action as well. So here we have it! Just in time for New Years Eve parties!

Ingredients:

-1 can sweet corn drained ⁣ -1 can navy beans ⁣drained & rinsed

-1 can spicy black beans ⁣drained & rinsed OR chili beans drained & rinsed -1 jalapeño diced fine ⁣ -1/4 of a red onion diced fine ⁣ -2/3 cup diced cherry tomato fine ⁣

-10-15 black olives sliced

-1/2 of a pepper ( red, orange or yellow-- I like to get the mini bell peppers & do a variety!) -1 clove garlic minced⁣ -1 bottle of Italian dressing (( I use @wholefoods or @amyskitchen )) ⁣

Directions:

+ Place all ingredients above in a large bowl & let it marinate over night & enjoy!! ⁣

(See how I put it together for a cheese board below as well!)

+ Serve with tortilla chips, scoops or sliced peppers
