Pumpkin Butter (Crock-Pot)

This recipe makes you feel very established in the kitchen :) The fact that you can make a fancy type of thing like pumpkin butter very quick and very easy is VERY fun! Follow these quick and easy steps to create something special for this Fall season. It is perfect for breakfast, snack, and a wonderful add in for recipes! (See my Pumpkin Sticky Buns)


-1 can pumpkin puree

-1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1/2 cup apple cider

-2/3 cup coconut sugar


1: Add in every ingredient into the Crock-Pot and stir until well combined

2: Turn on Crock-Pot on high for 2-3 hours, stirring every hour or until it becomes the pumpkin butter consistency you desire

3: Mine is normally the consistency I like at about 2 hours

4: Let it cool completely and then store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to three weeks!
