PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE INSTA POT OATMEAL

I seriously put this in all caps because it is BOMB. I mean it..... I could just sit & eat it all day long. The creaminess between the chocolate, peanut butter & milk of choice just owns it. PLUS the banana you put in when you cook the oats in the insta pot...watch out world, you are about to have the best breakfast.


Things I LOVE about this recipe?

+ I threw all of the ingredients in the insta pot, stepped away & went & built Magnatiles with A until it was ready. Hands free, no mess, just able to be with her!

+This can be GF or DF depending on oats & milk you use

+Peanut butter added is JUST PEANUT BUTTER. Make sure that is the only ingredient, don't need anything else :)

+Chocolate is Enjoy Life Chocolate, which is made with only 3 ingredients.


Have Peanut Butter Chocolate oatmeal & don't worry about any additives & un necessary sugars! It is just real food, real ingredients... REALLY GOOD.



Ingredients:

2 cups old fashioned oats

2 cups of dairy milk of choice or 3 cups coconut milk or almond milk & then omit water

1 cup water— if using dairy milk

1 banana chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup

pinch of salt

-Creamy peanut butter, Enjoy Life chocolate chunks & bananas

-Coconut oil or type of oil you'd prefer to use to grease the insta pot insert


+ Once done, you will add spoon full OR however much you like of creamy peanut butter & then 1/4 cup chocolate chunks or however much chocolate you'd like too :) Then mix throughly, that way the peanut butter & chocolate has now swirled until throughly combined throughout. Then add anymore peanut butter, chocolate or banana that you'd like above!


Directions:

1. In insta pot grease the pot with coconut oil to help with the oats from sticking to the pot. Then put oats, milk & water into the insta pot. Stir well. Then add in chopped banana, cinnamon, maple syrup & salt, then stir until throughly combined as well.


2. Then cover & cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then naturally release for 10 minutes.


3. Once it hits L0 10, quick release. Then scoop the yumminess into a bowl, add the peanut butter & chocolate right away so it melts right in! Then top with any extra goodies & ENJOY! Try not scarf it down... I dare ya ;)
