Japanese Fries + Sriracha Mayo

I have always loved sweet potato fries,but I feel like the most common orange fleshed sweet potato either takes forever to brown or then gets too brown in the oven and dry! It is so hard to catch them perfect. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Then I tried Japanese Sweet Potatoes and that all changed. I will be using these for fries from now on! They browned perfectly & weren’t dry at all on the inside. Paired with the sriracha mayo.... you can find me eating ALL of them come Super Bowl





Sriracha Mayo: ⁣⁣ +1/2 cup mayo of your choice ⁣⁣ +1 tsp siracha ⁣⁣ +pinch of salt ⁣⁣ -mix well with a spoon and store in air tight container in fridge ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Fries: ⁣⁣ +2 medium sized Japanese Sweet potatoes⁣⁣ + @chosenfoods avacado oil spray ( this is a must for the high heat cooking— it has smoke point of over 400 degrees!⁣⁣) +1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods garlic salt ⁣⁣ +1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods paprika ⁣⁣ +1/2 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Italian seasoning ⁣⁣ +1/4 tsp @simplyorganic garlic powder ⁣⁣ +pinch of pink Himalayan ⁣⁣ -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. slice sweet potatoes into thin fries as seen above, place in a medium sized bowl and spray oil on the fries and toss then spray again. Now add the seasonings and toss again then pour and spread out the fries onto a non stick baking sheet @mysilpat .
