Staple of the Week 9/19

Each week I will have an item that I have found or have been using that I cannot get enough of. Since this is the first week the blog has been published I decided to settle on two:) Here you will find items from the store that stand out to me as must haves in your pantry or treat yourself items of course. My first item I wanted to share is the Bare coconut chips. I LOVE them. I go for the original toasted over the other flavors and that is because this is the perfect topping for granola, smoothie bowls, oatmeal and go perfect with my overnight oat recipes. I add those on top of my overnight oats the next morning after I have mixed it up. One of my other reasons why it is an item of the week is because of the ingredient list. The second pictures shows the ingredient list. I mean 3 ingredients that I can pronounce, count me in!
My second Item of the Week is from the bulk area at your local Whole Foods. Now I am sure you can get it in other grocers bulk area, but Whole Foods is where I get mine from. It is the multicolored popcorn kernels. Nothing is better for a snack then fresh made popcorn on the stove top. It is much better than microwaved popcorn and you know exactly every ingredient that is going in it. I am a big fan of movie theater popcorn-- so pour your own butter on top and voila!
