Holiday Wreath

I love appetizers. I would have dinner, after dinner of just apps! With that being said, the holidays get me really excited, because it gives me the excuse to come up with all the apps for all the parties & get togethers!

This one would be for if you were hosting OR know the people well enough to put it in their oven when you get there. For example, I will be making this at my Holiday Exchange party on Friday,because it is at my best girl friends house. Why I say this is because you are making it in a nonstick oven safe deep pan. Either a cast iron or I used my Caphalon non stick, that is okay for the oven at 350 degrees :) So therefore, as you can tell it isn't easily transferable since you eat it out of the pan, but is perfect to set out at the party! Don't let this stop you.... it will truly be the big winner at your party!


1 can of Immaculate biscuits

1 cup of ricotta cheese

2 cup shredded mozzarella

1 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning

1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt

1 cup frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and drained

1 tbsp olive oil


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Take the biscuits out of the can, take each biscuit one at a time and flatten it with your hand. Then cut it in half. Take each half and roll it into a ball and begin placing it around the oven safe pan seam down, as seen above. You will do this for every bit of biscuit and each rolled biscuit will be touching, making it look like a wreath around the pan :)

In a medium size bowl, combine the rest of ingredients above except the olive oil and mix well. Then scoop out the dip into the middle of the pan, with the biscuits surrounding it. Then pour the olive oil into a small bowl and brush the tops of the biscuits with the olive oil. Then sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning over the tops of the biscuits. I will pour some out into my hand and sprinkle it on myself, that way you can get a good amount on them!

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes and/or until it is hot and bubbly in the middle. I usually need to place aluminum foil after 12 minutes of it cooking, because the tops of the biscuits are good and brown at that point. However, just eye it, your oven may cook different. Have the aluminum foil handy :)
