Healthy Fried Pickles
Fun fact about me: I love doodling 🤗 My dad & sister were always the real deal artists— I was the crafty side of the artist genes & then with teaching I love more than anything to be creative when it comes anchor charts soooo when I see these $3 dollar chalk serving trays— umm this has me written all over it ☺️ In the dollar bins (( now 1-5 dollars it seems lol at @target)) Check below for quick & fun easy way to make this yummy pub favorite appetizer 👇🏻
Ingredients: + 5 large full dill pickles cut into 1/8-1/4 inch slices, or your preference +1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs + 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese +1 tsp garlic powder +1 tsp paprika +1/2 tsp salt + 1 egg + 1/2 cup buttermilk
Directions: 1: Add the egg & buttermilk to a bowl & whisk together 2: Add all the dry ingredients & whisk together 3: You can take a handful of the slices & drop them into the wet wash & toss around then transfer to the dry mixture coating, until slices are coated & place in air fryer basket (@gourmia ) 4: repeat until all are coated & then on fry setting cook for 5 minute increments & toss & then place back in— if they aren’t tossing to the other side gently flip with tongs ( carefully to not rip coating) 5: Then dip in ranch!!!
