Easy Homemade Superfood Popsicles

Anyone else growing POPSICLES in their garden this summer? Alright…alright.. you caught me so maybe I didn’t grow these in our garden this summer, BUT these popsicles are packed with whole plant health & nutrition, so might as well have been from back there!

My Karuna Superfood Whole Plant Juices are the STAR of 3 of your new easy favorite frozen popsicle summer treats!

So what is the big deal? Aren’t they just juice?

HARDLY. I don’t really give Ainsley juice that often, but whenever she asks for Karuna Juices I am all about it, why?

+ Typical juice bought at the store can have up to 28grams of sugar in 8 fl, whereas 12fl of Karuna has 10 grams of sugar or less—plus that sugar is not added sugar


+ These juices have 7 ingredients or less, with the only ingredients being clean, unrefined or processed


+Packed with a combination of whole plants—veggies & fruits, vitamins/antioxidants

What 3 Karuna Juices are you going to need to make these delicious popsicles?


Ashitaba, Beet & Pomegranate


Peach Mandarain & Kiwi


Mango & Gogi Berry





Ingredients & Directions

*Each recipe makes 3 so you can do half 1 flavor & the other half another, or double to make all 6!

Powerful Pomegranate Banana Popsicle


+ 1 cup of Karuna Ashitaba Beet & Pomegranate Juice

+ 1/2 large ripe banana

+ 1 tsp chia seeds

+ 1/2 tbsp lime juice

+ 1 banana for decoration on the sides


Directions:

1. In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last banana. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.

2. Take large banana & make 1/4 inch slices. Take the slice & press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid to the top, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.


Then Enjoy!!



Peachy Keen Popsicle



+ 1 1/4 cup Karuna Peach Mandarain & Kiwi Juice

+ 2 tbsp vanilla greek yogurt

+ 1/2 ripe peach

+ 1 tbsp lemon juice

+ 1 large kiwi for decoration on sides


Directions:

1. In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last kiwi. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.

2. Take large kiwi & make 1/4 inch slices. Take the slice & press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid to the top, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.


Then Enjoy!!

Mango Razz Popsicle


+ 1 1/4 cup Karuna Mango & Gogi Berry Juice

+ 1/3 cup fresh raspberries

+ 1/4 cup coconut milk

+ 1/2 tsp fresh ginger chopped

+ 10 fresh raspberries for decoration on the sides & inside



Directions:

1. In a high power blender add in the ingredients except the last raspberries. Blend well for 30 seconds, on low then high.

2. Take a few raspberries press them on the inside of the popsicle molds how you want them to decorate the sides of your popsicle, then pour the liquid half way, put more raspberries on top then pour the rest over it, insert stick & repeat for each mold! Freeze for at least up to 5 hours.


Then Enjoy!!
