Easy Dip

Have this be your go to easy dip for the holiday season. I bring this to any sort of get together these days, it is perfect to put together last minute or even if you have all the time in the world. It is really good with tortilla chips, vegetables or frito type of chips :) There will be no left overs!


-1 8oz block of cream cheese

-1 cup shredded Monterrey Cheddar mix ( I always go with the organic shredded cheese because they do not use wood pulp to keep the cheese separated in the bag like non organic cheeses do. I prefer this recipe without wood pulp)

- 1/2 cup of My Brothers Salsa- Black Bean and Corn (It needs to be a bean and corn salsa. My favorite is the My Brothers Salsa, in the bean and corn kind, it also have lime juice, cliantro etc. so really adds flavor)

-1 clove garlic

-1/2 tsp garlic salt

-1 tsp Old Venna Red Hot Riplets spice :)


-Throw all the ingredients into a food processor. I normally break the cream cheese into parts to make it easier.

-Use spatula to get out of the food processor and into serving dish

-Top with more shredded cheese, My Brothers Salsa that was used above and fresh cilantro.

-Dig in with tortilla chip of your choice
