Easiest & Yummiest Salmon Dinner

I love to grill my salmon, however, when the weather is not permitting and/or you don't feel like grilling-- this easy recipe is PERFECT. It makes the best tasting salmon.


Ingredients:

12 by 9 inch cooking dish

2 1/2 pounds wild caught salmon

3 lemons

1 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup light olive oil

Daddy Hinkle's seasoning (( if you can not find it in stores, let me know and I can give some alternatives!))


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1: Add olive oil to the bottom of the cooking dish, then line it with the lemon sliced about 1 cm thick

2: Place the 2 1/2 pounds of salmon on top of the lemons as seen below and drizzle with 1/4 cup light olive oil on top of the salmon. Then shake the Daddy Hinkle's seasoning evenly on top of the salmon. Take your hand a push down the seasoning into the fish-- then wash hands :)


3: Sprinkle the cilantro on top of the salmon evenly as seen below :)


4: Place the salmon in the oven that was preheating to 350 degrees for 25 minutes to start. Then check with a fork if it is flaking and not raw on the inside. Depending on your oven it may need another 10 minutes or so, try increments of 3 minutes-- until it is at the consistency of your liking. I am always paranoid when it comes to raw fish :)
