I mean lets be real... who doesn't love peanut butter & chocolate together? I mean such an epic duo. Then add in COFFEE.... I mean my stomach is growling just thinking about it. What I love about this healthy, easy & delicious smoothie recipe is the coffee used. As we know coffee isn't ideal for our health, however as a parent, working mom & a person during quarantine... coffee = life haha. So ENTER Karuna Synergy Coffee Blends! Once again Karuna is one of my favorite brands, because there is nothing but quality ingredients, mixed together to benefit your body & the coffee blends are no exception!

What do the Karuna Synergy Coffee Blends do for you?

+ Promotes bone & heart health

+ Helps comfort your joints & sharpen your mind ( so important for me right now hahah)

+ Excellent source of Vitamins, Potassium, Fiber & Magnesium

+ Contains 60 mg of caffeine, not an overwhelming amount & perfect balance with the other ingredients

^^ Can you say that about your regular cup of Joe ;)

The other delicious ingredients in this recipe are ones that will keep you fuller longer, give you the coffee boost you need, while loving on your gut health!

Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend

Frozen Banana

Peanut Butter

Cocoa Powder

Maca Powder

Milk of choice ( Dairy Free Milk's work as well!)

Let's get started!

1 frozen banana

3 dates pitted

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp Maca Powder

1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder

3/4 cup Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend

1/4- 1/3 cup Milk of choice ( DF milk of choice)

3 ice cubes

1. In a high power blender add in frozen banana, 3 pitted dates cut in half, peanut butter, maca powered, cocoa powder, Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend, Milk of choice & ice cubes on the top. Blend until fully combined! Add more milk if need be to thin out to keep the blender going.

2. Pour in glass & sprinkle more cocoa powder on top & banana slices!

HOW TO GET THAT PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE? In a small bowl heat up about 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. Add in 1 tsp peanut butter, mix well & it will be running enough, but not too running to then drizzle on top :)

Enjoy guys!
