Chocolate Banana Coffee Breakfast Smoothie
I mean lets be real... who doesn't love peanut butter & chocolate together? I mean such an epic duo. Then add in COFFEE.... I mean my stomach is growling just thinking about it. What I love about this healthy, easy & delicious smoothie recipe is the coffee used. As we know coffee isn't ideal for our health, however as a parent, working mom & a person during quarantine... coffee = life haha. So ENTER Karuna Synergy Coffee Blends! Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend
Milk of choice ( Dairy Free Milk's work as well!)
Let's get started!
1 frozen banana
3 dates pitted
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp Maca Powder
1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend
1/4- 1/3 cup Milk of choice ( DF milk of choice)
3 ice cubes
1. In a high power blender add in frozen banana, 3 pitted dates cut in half, peanut butter, maca powered, cocoa powder, Karuna Synergy Coffee Blend, Milk of choice & ice cubes on the top. Blend until fully combined! Add more milk if need be to thin out to keep the blender going.
2. Pour in glass & sprinkle more cocoa powder on top & banana slices!
HOW TO GET THAT PEANUT BUTTER DRIZZLE? In a small bowl heat up about 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. Add in 1 tsp peanut butter, mix well & it will be running enough, but not too running to then drizzle on top :)
