Chili Tahini Farro Bowl

In summer, I am all about a good veggie/salad bowl! I mean packed with protein, vitamins, nutrients & just literal deliciousness :) hahah I mean right? I hope I am not the only one on this page & we are on the same one. If we are NOT then you sure WILL BE after this Chili Tahini Farro Bowl.
Honestly, one of the great things about these bowls too, is that they are easily customizable. Change up the protein, change up the veggies OR just have them all lined up like we do at home, then let everyone come make their own!

What do we like to add in our farro bowls?
+ Love FARRO :) However, if farro isn't your thing, think of another grain you'd love to add that would pack a great healthy punch to it like quinoa. + Cherry Tomatoes
+ Chopped Romaine Lettuce
+ Sweet Potatoes
+ Mozzarella Balls
+ Steamed Golden Beets & Red Beets
+ Fresh herbs on top ( like cilantro, basil, etc.)
Chili Tahini Farro Bowl: Serves 4-5
Chili TahinI Dressing Ingredients & Directions:
6 tbsp greek yogurt
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp tahini
1 large lemon juiced
3 tsp honey
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch of cumin
1. Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, whisk until throughly combined & then place in refrigerator until dinner is ready. Try to let it meld for an hour.
Chili Chicken Ingredients & Directions
10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp cumin
1. In a small mixing bowl, add in the dry seasoning & whisk together.
2.In large frying pan add in the olive oil & minced garlic. Let sauté on medium low heat for 2 minutes. Then turn up to medium heat. Place the chicken thighs into your frying pan. Quickly season the chicken thighs on one side with half the dry seasoning, then flip over. So now the seasoned side is face down on the frying pan cooking for about 7 minutes.
3. Then season the second half of the chicken before flipping over. Then flip over with the newly seasoning side now in the frying pan. Then cook for an additional 7-8 minutes or until there is not pink.
4. Then add cooked farro per box directions to bowl, chopped lettuce, steamed beats, tomatoes, steamed sweet potatoes, mozzarella ball etc. any of the add ins you would prefer! Then place the Chili Chicken on top & then drizzle with the Tahini Chili Dressing. Enjoy!
