Chicken Spin Dip Pasta

So you know the best Spin Dip on HGHF... well I turned it pasta style as well! Yep you heard me right! I save about 3 cups of dip from the recipe on the blog to keep for the sauce. Brilliant? I just love to make dinners Easy Yummy Healthier & Less time in kitchen MORE time for all the craziness in life! You can make it adding chicken or vegetarian & add leftover veggies ( I like to use cauliflower & more spinach ) See details below
Ingredients: +3 cups Spinach Artichoke Dip from HG HF +3 chicken breasts +3 cups chopped spinach +1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
+2 cup chopped cauliflower florets +1/4-1/2cup chicken broth +1 tsp onion powder +1 tsp garlic powder +1 tsp paprika + 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning + 1/2 tsp salt + pepper to taste +3 tbsp olive oil
**garlic & onion powder, garlic salt, salt & pepper to sprinkle over veggies in stock pot
Directions: 1. In a small bowl whisk together the seasonings & set aside
2. Take chicken breasts & slice into strips & place into medium sized bowl. Then sprinkle seasoning mix in gradually while mixing together each time then cover & let it marinade in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes . Then in a large frying pan add 2 tbsp olive oil cook for about 4 minutes on each side-- until cook through & set aside.

3. In medium stock pot cook 1 box of penne pasta according to box directions. Once pasta is cooked, drain & leave stock pot on stove 4. Add olive oil to stock pot & add sliced cherry tomatoes & cauliflower florets . Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder. Let them simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Then add in chopped spinach with garlic salt & let it cook until spinach is cooked down. Continuing to stir until wilted. 5. Then add in the chicken (if using it) & spinach artichoke dip & chicken broth Stir until throughly combined. Pour over pasta , sprinkle fresh Parmesan & devour!!! Spin Dip recipe is linked here!
