Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the chicken and mix in and set aside •In medium skillet, spray with @chosenfoods avocado spray or 1 tbsp olive oil on medium high heat. Place bacon in skillet & cover with aluminum foil. Cook on each side and flip when crispy, set aside on plate. Or cook in air fryer at 380 degrees, 4 minutes on each side. •In the same skillet on medium high heat spray again with avocado oil or 1/2 tsp olive oil then add seasoned chicken& cook throughly, then place on plate • In a large bowl break apart the chicken, bacon, slices of avocado, cheese & lettuce & toss with the homemade ranch. Adding as much as you’d like to taste PRO TIP : Zap the tortillas in a wet towel or paper towel at 15 seconds each so it is easier to fold the stuffing in it. Fold each of the sides in first then the side closest to you and roll up OR heat tortilla for 1 to 2 minutes on each side in skillet, then fold!
