Avocados are just fat🥑🥑?! No....Did you know‼️ that avocados are an amazing low carb option? Also one of the “healthy fats”— yes avocados contain a lot of fat— but it is full of the good fats our bodies needs. Avocados are full of dietary fats and their job is to help you absorb vitamins that are fat soluble and couldn’t be absorb without dietary fats— like A, D, E &K - Studies have shown those that replace foods with saturated fats, with foods with dietary fat filled foods, can result in in lower cholesterol, flatter tummies & many more amazing benefits for your body!
Ways I LOVE to eat 🥑: 1: As 📸 here! Stuffing avocados!! Instead of me grabbing a bunch of crackers for my tuna. I stuffed my favorite healthy tuna salad into the halves & honestly 1 half filled me up & I saved the other for the next day! Then sprinkle EBB on it: link in bio for tuna👇🏻 @honestfoodie_blog 2: on my sandwich in place of cheese— it has such a creamy texture, when I had to take dairy out of my diet while breast feeding A. It was the next best thing to cheese— it came to a point where now I still use it in place of cheese from time to time..
