3 Simple & Healthy Dressings YOU NEED

Starting of #HGHFlunchweek I hear you & I see you fellow Honest Grubbers :) You all told me that you wanted salad dressings, homemade, simple & easy. High request was my homemade ranch! I have mentioned it before on my feed & with my bacon chicken ranch wraps-- but I am putting it all in a one stop shop for you all. Here you go in all their glory!! My homemade red wine vinaigrette, ranch & balsamic dressing. Happy lunching folks!

Homemade Ranch:

1/2 tbsp dried dill

1/2 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp chopped chives

2 cups greek yogurt

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup mayo

+In a medium size bowl whisk together yogurt, mayo & buttermilk. Add in seasonings & chives, then whisk together until full combined. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving

Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette:

1 cup light olive oil ⁣ 4 tbsp balsamic ( add more if need be)⁣ 1 large garlic clove minced ⁣ 3 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp stone ground mustard 1 1/2 tsp honey ⁣ Salt & pepper to taste ⁣ *shake well until combined & let chill in fridge ⁣

Homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette:

2/3 red wine vinegar

1 1/3 cup light olive oil

3 cloves garlic minced

3 tsp (or more to taste) Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper to taste

*** Shake all ingredients together and refrigerate
